Ninoosh is a seasoned sustainability and data analytics professional with a proven track record of advancing ESG initiatives across diverse sectors. With extensive experience designing and implementing measurement frameworks, she has helped organizations translate complex environmental, social, and governance metrics into actionable strategies. Ninoosh has led high-impact projects for Fortune 500 companies, including initiatives to quantify and reduce food waste through data-driven diversion strategies.
With an Honours degree in Environmental Studies and a passion for measurable environmental impact, Ninoosh is uniquely equipped to support clients in navigating the evolving demands of sustainability in waste management. Her work bridges the gap between analytics and environmental responsibility, driving measurable progress toward corporate sustainability goals.
As our Sustainability Manager, Ninoosh will lead the department in expanding and refining our green initiatives, from improving our internal practices to supporting our clients in implementing and refining their sustainability programs. Ninoosh and our Sustainability team will work directly with our clients across Canada to:
- Design and implement customized waste diversion strategies.
- Analyze and report on waste stream data.
- Lead our Waste Audit programs across Canada.
- Optimize service configurations to reduce environmental impact and costs.
- Guide sustainability program development in alignment with regulatory requirements and ESG goals.
Ninoosh’s strength lies in turning complex waste data into clear, actionable insights, enabling our clients to not only meet their diversion targets but also to communicate their environmental impact with confidence. She brings a fresh, innovative perspective and a practical understanding of both operational and strategic sustainability challenges.
