Sandeep’s promotion reflects her outstanding progression within the organization, having advanced through the roles of Assistant Controller, Controller, and Director of Finance, where she consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, financial discipline, and strategic insight. She has played a key role in strengthening Waste Logic’s financial systems, controls, and reporting capabilities, while supporting the company’s rapid growth and increasing operational complexity.
